NYK Group (Nippon Yusen Kaisha) — one of the world’s leading transportation companies. It has been established in 1885. Export

The export shipment must be accompanied with the following documents:

  • “delivery order” on the letterhead of the company for empty containers pick-up with the indication of container type required for export shipment;
  • “shipping order” on the company’s letterhead, which must be approved by all appropriate state authorities (customs, ecological, port, etc);
  • “Bill of lading instructions” is to presented before vessel’s departure (can be submitted by email with the ability to copy the text).

Additionally to the documents listed above the cargo owner or its forwarder must conclude the contract with “Black Sea Link”.

Import

“Black Sea Link” provides complete services of cargo delivery to any point at Ukraine and CIS countries.

Following documents are to be submitted to get a cargo release:

  • full set of original bill of lading endorsed by shipper and consignee;
  • shipper’s order with full details of the consignee including its correct and complete name and address — for bill of lading with the consignee “to order”;
  • power of attorney of the consignee for forwarding and delivery of the cargo;
  • any other additional documents as per requirements of import division.
